We want you and your dog to be tail-waggin’ happy with your order of Annie’s Doggone Goodies. If, within the first 30 days after receiving your Goodies, you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, just return the unused portion to us. We will gladly send you a prompt refund, a new or different product, or credit your account. (Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable).
Note: Annie’s Doggone Goodies are treats and are not intended to replace a wholesome, balanced diet for you or your dog.

Shipping
Annie’s Doggone Goodies uses USPS to ship our products. We ship orders within the continental United States only. Orders can not be shipped to Connecticut. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Pick-up clients ONLY
If you are a local customer and wish to pick up your order instead of having it shipped, follow these instructions:
1. During the checkout process, select USPS Parcel Post® as the shipping method on the Shipping screen.
2. Select Continue to be taken to the Payment screen.
3. On the Payment screen, type PICKUP as the coupon code in the Coupons box.
4. Select Apply Coupon. Your screen should update and your Order Summary should now contain a discount equal to the amount of shipping.
5. Call (817) 504-5600 and make arrangements for the pick-up.
